Description

In this temp/temp-to-hire role, you'll be providing customer service support to retailer base for accounts receivable needs. This requires strong telephone customer sensitivity and customer service skills. You must be able to perform accounting needs.

Responsibilities:
Process invoices, including obtaining appropriate approvals
Process Purchase Requisitions
Telephone customer service skills
Accounting functions
Spreadsheet preparation
Assist in ad hoc reports and requests as required (sporadic).
Maintain department files
Assist in daily cash management and prepare entries to record activities
Ability to prepare customer invoices
Understanding function of how ACH system performs
Some banking knowledge
Special projects and other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
At least two years of Accounting (payable/receivable) experience.
Strong analytical skills
Computer proficiency
The ability to work well in a team environment
Detail oriented
Possess superior organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of accounting principals
Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel for updating formulas
SAP Experience in Accounts Payable a plus
