Responsibilities:
Perform outbound calls by contacting Lottery retailers to promote new products,
Place orders and provide premium customer service
Responsible for taking inbound calls effectively and efficiently
Preparing and filling out all paper work accurately and efficiently
Develop a full understanding of the current product mix of available games
Provide information to retailers on upcoming lottery promotions, jackpots and new games coming to market
Working with retailers and UPS to determine incorrect orders and/or shipments
Manage call file effectively and efficiently

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
