Description

The Warranty Processor provides warranty support for all brands and products. This individual will act as a support expert for the warranty department, working with internal and external customers to drive continuous improvement in our products, processes, and services performed in the field. This position supports the warranty department in the review and processing of warranty claims, vehicle registrations, the collection of data, and data entry of work orders within the warranty system. .Responsibilities include interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Responsibilities:
Validate and enter work orders into the warranty system consistently and accurately on a daily basis.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Support the Warranty department in the processing of claims as needed.
Adhere to standard work procedures.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Monthly reporting of warranty claims data to track progress and drive process improvements.
- Display structured problem-solving skills

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 to 4 years customer service related experience required.

Education - Associates degree in a business related or equivalent work experience is desired.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to accurately type 35 wpm
