job description:

Our client is seeking repair technicians for multiple shifts. 1st shift is 7am to 3:30pm, 2nd shift is 4pm to 12:30am, and 3rd shift is 10:30pm to 7am. As a repair technician, your core responsibility will be to test and analyze electronic equipment for functionality. You'll trouble shoot for potential errors, and make repairs as appropriate.

Responsibilities:
Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic components (circuit board elements, capacitors, resistors, transistors, LEDs, etc.)
Troubleshoot equipment to the component level
Read and interpret product schematics to match product specifications to workload
Repair equipment with high QC levels to customer requirements

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Good with hand tools
Mechanically inclined
Experienced with soldering, and electronics type equipment (oscilloscopes, multi-meters, etc.)

Trade

Qualifications:
Soldering and de-soldering skills
Prior experience using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and similar hand tools
Prior knowledge of electronics - surface mount boards, chips, circuit flow
Experience working with printed circuit boards (PCBs) and related components (resistors, transistors, capacitors, etc.)
2 year Technical training (college, military, trade school) in electronics or equivalent mix of experience and education in this field.\
Prior experience reading and interpreting schematics
