Answering multi line phones. Greeting applicants and visitors. Making files and applicant information. Scanning documents. Setting people up on computers to fill out applications. Handing out paperwork. Announcing calls and visitors to sales people and recruiters. Filing. Typing letters and documents. Making calls for owner of the company.

Responsibilities:
Front desk, phones, clerical support.
