TempForce's client is looking for a Total Rewards Manager for their Gainesville location. This position is responsible for maintaining the HRIS systems and policies, and develops total rewards programs for employee retention. The ideal candidate will have certifications in PHR, SHRM-SCP or SPHR with experience with HRIS systems, able to work with confidential information, and written and verbal communication skills.

Schedule: FT, M-F, 8-5 P
Salary: $40/hr

Responsibilities:
Oversee total rewards program
Implement new communication strategies
Design and analyze survey questionnaires
Develop total rewards philosophy and policies
Lead and oversee HRIS System improvements
Lead and oversee HRIS data analysis
Other duties as assigned

Skills:
Typing, phone, and computer competency (Microsoft Office Suite)
Encouraged Certifications: SHRM-CSP, PHR, SPHR

Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in related studies (HR, Business, etc.) required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related studies preferred
7+ years of experience with total rewards programs
2+ years of experience with HRIS Systems
2+ years of experience in leading team members
Equivalent education and work experience may be considered
