BIS representative position includes but is not limited to compiling, processing and maintaining medical records in a health care setting, answering incoming phone calls and properly documenting and routing calls. This should be done in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal and regulatory requirements of the health care system.-
Responsibilities:
The- Information Services Department is expected to follow all HIPAA rules and regulations.-
The employee must be able to implement appropriate telephone etiquette skills, have a valid driver's license and maintain automobile insurance.
Must be Bilingual
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

--Ability to work in fast paced environment.
--Must be able to use diplomacy and handle sensitive and confidential matters discreetly.
--Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor.

Qualifications:
Pay Rate $15.00 per hour- or higher depending on experience
Requirements:
-High School Diploma/GED required.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift
Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish and English
Front Desk Medical Receptionist experience.
Health Information management experience.
Answering Service experience.
