job description:

We are seeking a creative, self-motivated individual to support one of our client's programs. This is a long-term temporary, full or part-time position through AccuStaff, working at our client's Albany office. The anticipated duration of this role is approximately 2 years.

Responsibilities:
Support the project pipeline of projects by:
o developing and supporting program processes and procedure manuals
o routing RFPs and tracking contracts
o responding to phone and email inquiries
o entering and checking data quality
o supporting Project Managers and team members on project level issues
Become adept in the use and execution of enterprise performance management systems
Assist in producing reports, solicitations, proposals, work plans, and other documents under the direction of Project Manager(s)
Support Portfolio???s invoicing processes
Develop and use Salesforce to log calls and emails for the Portfolio
Support information and technology transfer efforts by preparing/reviewing printed and web-based program materials
Conduct literature searches and prepare summary reports to support new program strategy development
Participate in meetings for informational, training, ongoing program design and development
Perform other tasks as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Administrative office experience
Demonstrated ability to use MS Excel and other MS Office software tools (some formula work, sorting)
Professional demeanor, able to support various team initiatives.

High School

Qualifications:
An associate degree and/or relevant experience as described below
Strong data entry skills are needed
Strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency in technical writing/editing skills preferred
Ability to efficiently manage the project administration process and the communications between the various stakeholders
Ability to collect and document project requirements and successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization and tracking skills are needed, must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy in all duties
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
Must be a self-starter and function well independently and in teams
A minimum of 20 hours of availability per week
