job description:

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a client in Amsterdam. This is a temp to hire role. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your work ethic and abilities in an office environment. You'll also assist with various administrative duties including backing up the front desk, answering customer calls, and greeting visitors.

Responsibilities:
Create invoices, generate reprints of invoices based on client needs.
Correct errors which may exist, take corrective action as needed.
Assist with reconciling AR logs and assist with resolving old debt
Determine if billing issues exist and work with all parties via phone and email to help resolve outstanding receivables issues.
Research and review aging log for older, out of date, missing payments; make collection calls to outstanding accounts to manage DSO
Use computer database to update client/patient records, maintaining HIPAA compliance at all times; adding and updating purchase order information
Support company with administrative areas and special projects as needed (filing, copies, phones, etc.)
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications:
5 years administrative office experience
Experience using MS Excel and MS Word in a business setting (be prepared to speak to what you've created or worked with)
High level of attention to detail
1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
Customer service skills/mindset with professional communication skills
Critical thinking skills to analyze and make sound decisions
High School Diploma or GED required
