We are currently looking for motivated indivduals looking for an opportunity of growth with our temp to hire position now open. Hiring for one of our Fortune 500 global clients.
Candidates must be able to work between the hours of Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M - 7:00 P.M Paid formal Training Monday Friday 9 A.M to 5 30 P.M
Under immediate supervision, the incumbent will respond to routine telephone inquiries while updating the system appropriately. Utilizing a standard scripts

Responsibilities:
Basic duties include:
o Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
o Gathers information from the caller to properly resolve the situation. Communicates appropriate options for resolution.
o Investigates and resolves complaints.
o Refers non-routine inquiries and complaints to senior level Call Center Representatives. Uses a computer system to research inquiries and log customer calls.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
