Currently we are looking to hire in the Colonie, NY area. We are looking for Bilingual (Spanish/English) Associates for this temp-to-hire position. This is for one of our fortune 500 clients, there is an opportunity for growth within this company for the right candidate. You are able to make a difference everyday assisting with our clients helpline call ins. We offer paid training to educate you on your position so you are set up for success. This is a Monday to Friday position. Full- time preferred. OT is available. Once you are hired on 11.10 is entry level pay for training. After training pay immediately is increased over a full dollar an hour to 12.50 and once you are directly hired on to the client, your pay base rises to performance based pay an hour plus with an additional uncapped performance pay on top of that! Earnings are not capped here so you have unlimited potential!

Responsibilities:
??? Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
??? Gather information from the caller to properly resolve the situation.
??? Communicate appropriate options for resolution.
??? Investigate and resolves complaints.
??? Refer non-routine inquiries and complaints to senior level Call Center Representatives.
??? Use a computer system to research inquiries and log customer calls.
??? Perform other duties as assigned.
