Currently we are looking to hire in the Colonie, NY area. We are looking for Bilingual (Spanish/English) Support Associates for this temp-to-hire position. This is for one of our fortune 500 clients, there is an opportunity for growth within this company for the right candidate. We are offering paid training which is on the job with a classroom setting so you can learn the role before starting. You will be educated here so you are set up for success. You are able to make a difference everyday assisting with our clients helpline call ins.
This is a Monday to Friday position. Full- time preferred. OT is available. Once you are directly hired on to the client, your pay base raises to 13 an hour plus with an additional uncapped performance pay on top of that for our Bilingual associates. This gives you the potential to earn an unlimited income. We also have our benefits starting after only a short 45 day waiting period. Come and join our dynamic team today!

Responsibilities:
Under immediate supervision, the incumbent will respond to routine telephone inquiries while updating the system appropriately. Utilizing a standard scripts. Basic duties include:
o Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
o Gathers information from the caller to properly resolve the situation. Communicates appropriate options for resolution.
o Investigates and resolves complaints.
o Refers non-routine inquiries and complaints to senior level Supervisors.
Uses a computer system to research inquiries and log customer calls.
