You will lead project teams, collaborate with Program Management, mobilize and manage people and guide, train, coach, and prioritize teams.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams to deliver project results per customer requirements
- Collaborate with Program Management on project chartering and business case compilation
- Mobilize and manage people, resources and budget to deliver on business targets
- Establish solid communication to global stakeholders for a maximum of transparency
- Guide teams in decomposing complex work items to enable Agile project team backlogs
- Prioritize team backlog in collaboration with program management
- Deploy metric based project tracking
- Train teams in Agile product development methodologies
- Coach teams to high performance

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- 5+ years in Project Management/Leadership in a regulated product development environment
- Hands-on experience using Agile Lifecycle Management (ALMs) Tools

- Must be the catalyst for the teams and is expected to lead the transformation to a fail-fast-learn-fast culture enabling continual improvement throughout the business unit
- Must be able to garner respect from his/her team and be willing to "roll up their sleeves" to get the job done
- Should be able to lead a team to self-organization
- Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
- Be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team
- Must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls
- Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management
- Strong technical acumen backed by relevant expertise in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
- Current Project Management Certification - Agile and Waterfall (PMI, SAFe, CSPO, etc)
- A solid understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA QS Regulation 21 CFR Part 820 (DESIRED)

Education:
-Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline
