Description

We are actively seeing two Quality Control Technicians for one of our manufacturing clients. This position is a full-time, temp-to-hire position, Monday through Friday operation. Hours are approximated at 8am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities:
Conducting mechanical inspection consistent with quality processes to ensure products and components meet and exceed customer expectations
Verifying actual results vs. planned documents
Inspect incoming materials for quality as well as inspect for damaged materials
Use hand held measuring and automated measuring devices (micrometers, calipers, coordinate measuring systems)
Document and report results to internal and external clients on findings
Conduct elongation, voltage and or resistance tests on specific products

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Quality Control, Inspection, Assurance
Precision Measurement tool experience
CMM experience preferred
Manufacturing inspection experience

Education:
High School

Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret plan drawings & instructions of various manufactured products
3+ years working in a manufacturing environment
Prior experience using precision measuring equipment (CMM skills preferred)
Written communication skills
Experience in using MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience demonstrating strong math skills
3-5 years manufacturing experience
Quality Assurance/Testing role experience required
